After few workouts you can feel more strenght. There is no “right” time to start doing weighted pullups.

Weighted version, 10 reps with a 25 pound plate. Feeling when doing bodyweight pull ups after weighted pull ups are really satisfactionary! However, the more unweighted pullups you are able to do, the easier the transition will be to start doing more weighted pullups.
And 225 would be a helluva chinup. Just don't ignore the value and significance of the exercise for developing muscular endurance as well. Before starting this program, i could do a pull up with 23 kgs on a good day.
By following this pattern and increasing the weights as you need to your strength will improve and so will your other lifts. Always 'breathe big' with every rep to power/oxygenate your set. If you have a 20 kg vest, remove weight on the front and back of the vest.
Then you can start using weighted chins as half of your work. My current goal is to do a weighted pull up with 1/2 my body weight; But, as with every exercise, do it carefully, do proper warming and do not increase weight too fast.
All that being said, introducing weighted pulls/chins early isn't going to do anything but help. 5 bodyweight reps set 2: I am on day 7 of your program.

Work on weighted for raw pulling strength. You'll also need to decrease the jumps in weight from 5kg to 2.5 kg. In a year or two if you can't do 3×12 with a minute in between, you're probably missing something.
Here is the workout we used and you can tailor it according to your level. I cut your recommended weight in half and added a 5 lb plate, which is plenty challenging. Weighted pull ups are really great booster when your progress starts to slow down.
